Our client is a well established medical device healthcare company. They are currently seeking a Complaints Specialist to join their team in the Northeast.

To be considered for an interview, following experience/skills are desired:
  • 5+ years in document control, complaint handling, compliance, etc.
  • Experience with full life-cycle complaint handling - start to finish involvement
  • Experience with MDR
  • Solid understanding of 13485
  • Attention to detail - highly organized
